1. Who We Are

Fabiale (fabiale.com) and Evianny (evianny.com) are services operated by Elevate Co LLC. Fabiale is an AI-powered life-event platform. Evianny is a premium event childcare service integrated with Fabiale and available independently.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account & Couple Information

Name and email address
Partner names, subdomain, event date, venue, location
Story chapters written during onboarding
Aesthetic preferences and design variant selection
Hero photo and story photos
Hero headline and subline text

2.2 Guest & RSVP Information

Guest name and attendance status
Guest mobile phone number (when provided by the host for SMS invitations)
SMS delivery and opt-out status
Meal selection (only if enabled by couple)
Children attending: name, age, dietary restrictions/allergies

IMPORTANT, Children's Data: Collected only from a parent or guardian during RSVP. Used solely for Evianny childcare logistics. Never used for marketing or profiling.

2.3 Evianny Booking Information

Event date, venue, guest count
Contact information for the booking party
Payment info (processed by Stripe, we do not store card numbers)
Linked Fabiale account email (if connected)
Children roster from RSVP data after account linking

2.4 Photos & Media

Stored in Supabase cloud storage
Originals preserved; compressed display versions served on pages
May be processed by Replicate AI for enhancement (upscaling, cropping, background extension)
Not used to train AI models

2.5 Usage & Technical Data

Browser type, device, IP address, referring URL
Pages visited, dashboard actions, error logs

2.6 Payment Information

All payments processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or CVV codes. See stripe.com/privacy.

3. How We Use Your Information

Create and display personalized event pages
Generate AI design variants from story content
Process and display RSVP responses
Provide Evianny childcare service and generate staff rosters
Enhance uploaded photos for display quality
Process payments
Send transactional emails
Send SMS event invitations, RSVP confirmations, reminders, and host-initiated event updates
Improve platform features

We do not sell your data. We do not use personal data for advertising.

4. AI Processing

Story content → Claude API (Anthropic) for page generation
Photos → Replicate for image enhancement
AI-generated content stored on your page
We do not use your content to train AI models

5. Parent Cam (Evianny)

Encrypted streams, unique per-family access codes
Not recorded or stored by default
No child identified by name in any public context
Stream access expires after event ends

6. Public Event Pages

Pages are public by default once published
You can unpublish at any time from your dashboard
RSVP responses are private, visible only in your dashboard
Guest names and RSVP details never displayed publicly

6.A SMS Messaging

Hosts can send event invitations, RSVP confirmations, reminders, and event updates by SMS through Fabiale. Fabiale sends these messages on the host's behalf from a shared Fabiale number.

By adding a guest's mobile number, the host confirms they personally know the guest and have the guest's permission to be contacted by SMS about the event. Message frequency varies by event. Message and data rates may apply.

Recipients can reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for assistance. Opt-out requests are honored immediately and the number is suppressed from further messages.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing. We share mobile numbers only with our SMS delivery providers (Telnyx, and Twilio as a failover) solely to deliver the messages you send.

7. Data Sharing

We share data only with:

Supabase, database and storage
Vercel, hosting
Stripe, payments
Anthropic (Claude API), AI generation
Replicate, image enhancement
Mux, Parent Cam streaming (Phase 2)
Telnyx, SMS message delivery (with Twilio as failover)
Legal authorities when required by law

8. Data Retention

Account data retained while account is active
Account deletion: data removed within 30 days
Guest RSVP data: retained 12 months after event, then deleted
Children's data: retained only for Evianny booking duration, then deleted
Payment records: 7 years (Stripe, for legal compliance)

9. Your Rights

Access your personal data
Correct inaccurate data
Delete your account and all data
Export your data
Withdraw consent for AI processing
Request deletion of guest RSVP data

10. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Platform not directed at children under 13
Children's data collected from parents/guardians only
Used exclusively for Evianny event logistics
No profiling of children

11. Security

HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit
Supabase Row Level Security, couples access only their own data
Payment data handled exclusively by Stripe
Parent Cam encrypted access tokens per session
Breach notification within 72 hours if applicable

12. Cookies

Essential authentication session cookies only
No advertising cookies
No third-party tracking cookies

13. Changes

We will notify you of material changes by email and dashboard notice.
