Getting started

How long does it take to set up?

About five minutes for a card. Ten to fifteen for a full event page with story, photos, and event details. You can keep editing forever, nothing's locked.

Do I need a designer?

No. Every card and theme is hand-designed by our team. You pick one, swap in your details, and it renders beautifully. We don't use templates.

Can I start with just a card and add the page later?

Yes. Every Fabiale plan is the same flat $49 setup + $9/mo (or $90/yr), whether you start with a card, a page, or both. You can add the page later without paying again, and your card content carries across.

Can I have multiple events under one account?

Free accounts get up to 3 events. Pro removes the cap entirely and adds custom domains and collaborator support.

Cards & invitations

Can I edit every line of text on the card?

Yes, every line. You can also reorder, hide, or delete lines, the card front renders only what you've chosen to keep.

How do guests RSVP from a card?

Each invitation includes a unique RSVP link. The guest can respond in seconds, yes/no, plus-one, dietary notes, kids attending. It all flows into your dashboard live.

Page & RSVPs

Where does my page live?

On a custom subdomain, e.g. yourname.fabiale.com. You can also point your own domain at it on the Pro plan.

Can guests RSVP without making an account?

Yes. Every guest gets a unique RSVP link, no signup, no app to download. Most respond in under thirty seconds.

What happens to my page after the event?

It stays live as long as your subscription is active, keep the page up as a memory archive (photos, story, gallery) for as many years as you want. Cancel any time and the page comes down at the end of your billing period.

Can I share photos from the event?

Yes. Every Fabiale page has a guest photo-sharing window: three months before and three months after the date. Guests upload via QR or link, no app needed.

Vendors & registry

How does vendor matchmaking work?

When you set up your page, we match you with hand-vetted local vendors, photographers, florists, planners, caterers, based on your style, vibe, and date. You contact them directly through Fabiale; we never share your info before you opt in.

How does the platform fee work?

When a vendor is booked through Fabiale, we charge them a 5% platform fee. Hosts never pay an extra fee on top of vendor pricing, what you see is what you pay.

Can I link an external registry?

Yes, Amazon, Crate & Barrel, Babylist, anywhere. Or use Fabiale's built-in registry, including a honeymoon fund and experience registry. 5% platform fee on contributions through us; nothing on external links.

Account & billing

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no contracts. Cancel before your renewal and you keep access for the rest of the term. We don't auto-renew without warning.

Do you offer refunds?

If you're unhappy in the first 14 days, email hello@fabiale.com, we'll refund you, no questions asked.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your guest list, RSVPs, and photos are private to you and the people you invite. We never sell data to third parties, see /privacy for the full statement.
